Paperwork such as work orders and invoicing is carried by the engineer during product or service delivery then work orders are shredded and invoices are stored securely. If no further products or services are provided within a five year period (HMRC compliance), we will securely erase any information we hold about you.

Services such as data recovery or data transfer may make it necessary to temporarily access data held on your device. Any data accessed is never stored after completion of the service. This data is always physically or electronically destroyed.
